This dirt crawl space is too hot, too cold, too inefficient...just wrong! Let's get to work.
In this photo you can see some of the rigid foam insulation was failing.
Our team removed the debris and fibreglass insulation. We determined the areas where steel jacks were necessary to properly support the home above. We completely encapsulated the crawl space with our heavy duty liner after improving the drainage below. Our team finished off the job by sealing the new barrier with spray foam insulation.
The sump pump system installed by the builder was open, allowing potential debris in the pit and allowing unwanted moisture in the home. 
These homeowners had an old sump pump system and pit which was open, creating a humid environment in the home. They were also experiencing some drainage problems and cracks in their basement floor. 
You can see the self-draining and very efficient Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier in the corner.
Our super heavy duty CleanSpace liner will keep the moisture where it belongs: in the ground.
The sealed CleanSpace liner will keep the moisture away and we safely removed the mould from the wood beams.
