Joël was very helpful and professional! We were very pleased with the service done and all the information provided. We just purchased our home and it was great to understand how our waterproofing system works which was done a few years ago and what do we need to monitor in the future. After the service was done we have recommended Joël at Advanced Basement to others that need work done. Thank you!

The waterproofing installation was done by Advanced Basement by the previous owner. After purchasing our home we wanted to make sure that the system works well and we can follow up with the warranties.
