Rick was very thorough. He was genuinely trying to help with solving my wet basement problems. Helped identify what I needed. Great Person to have as the point person. Would definitely recommend him to others.

Nice and professional gentlemen. Only issue was that I felt like I had to keep double checking. Almost put drain in wrong spot. Couple little things. I was a bit disappointed they accidentally drilled too high through the brick at the front of my house; then had to drill again. It was obviously an accident but looks a bit inexperienced...they didn't say anything until I pointed it out. Not much you can do once there is a hole in the brick....Guy tried to fix and asked if it was ok? Can't really do anything more. It was an accident though. Guess I'll plant a tree there! Haha

Every thing gets covered in dust as is expected. They cleaned as best they could and left the yard clean as well. Actually was quite surprised how clean they left yard considering they are using cement. Very happy with them.
