Although I never give anyone a "Best" rating, the company delivered exactly what I needed to be done.

Sales Process

Belal went through the steps needed to complete our job without going into "technical" details, but more as a layman so I could understand the process. Our original work of just sealing the basement turned into a construction project and handled very professionally from the outset.

Our Installation Crew

I can't say enough about Lee and his crew. He did a great job, especially when his suppliers were the ones that caused the headaches. Always informed us of any issues or possible delays but still managed to keep things on an upbeat level. I would defineatly recommend Lee and his crew.

The Cleanup Process

Although the cleanup is a 4, and I think it was due to the many complications that were faced on this job, my only complaint was that a couple of sections of fencing did not get replaced. I couldn't let my dogs out in the yard alone. Everything is fine now. Just can't wait for the grass to regrow!

What made you choose our company:

Advanced Basement Systems was our first choice to have the crawlspace insulated to stop a draft we had in our basement. I looked at others, but found I could not get in contact with them. Phone calls not answered or emails not returned. I saw the Adv. Basement commercials on TV and called the number. During the prepwork for the Cleanspace, hidden complications arose that ended up needing contractor input. Belal gave us some advice, and if we couldn't find a contractor, Adv. Basements were available as a contractor as well. Since we like to keep things easy, we settled on using Adv. Basements for the complete job. And they did a great one at that. Well Done! I'd use them again without hesitation.
