Carl was very patient with all my questions. Everything was explained in every detail and even helped me with the paperwork for the City's rebate system

Our Installation Crew

Justin and his crew were so efficient, very professional, explained each stage, cleaned up every scrap of waste, checked with me at regular intervals, very comforting as I was alone for a large part of this huge endevour, they were done in the 3 days as first arranged. the basement is so dry and clean feeling Love it.

The Cleanup Process

Clean up was done each day every scrap of waste removed. Very well done

From the first phone call, your company was attentive, truthful and I was treated with great respect.I was listened to. this I appreciate.A human answered the phone, I was given a first date in January, then called with a cancellation in December when I first met Carl. No other company would either speak to me or give me a date, I realize our area is still under great stress after the flood in August 2017,but common courtesy is all I was asking for and with you I got that and more. Thank you, the human touch is really the was to go. Every stage of this journey has been made clear as to what we had to do and what you needed to do.. Every time I hear that sump pump fire up there is a sigh of relief.cannot wait until your team comes back in the Spring to put the pipes underground, again explained very clearly this could not be done in the cold of February, but would be done in Spring when the ground is soft. Very professional from start to finish. Mr Bates you should be proud of your excellent team. Justin and his crew were awesome. Thank you
