Good product. Seems to work so far.

Tara was good to deal with.

Jacques is great. Communicative, knowledgeable and friendly.

The guys were courteous, friendly and quick. They did miss the install of a floor access port that was on the agreed plan. Struggled with the install of a wall trough at our one window wells which is understandable given location of our water tank. An interior plastic guide was not able to be installed on the wall as a result. I think a few more plugs could have been used to keep the wall covering from sagging bc if that tape lets go the covering may fall.

Good job there
