Friendly and quick to answer questions.

Very professional, explained things well, answered questions and was patient with our time frame which we appreciated since we weren't ready to install right then and there.

Worked quickly and professionally with minimal disruption; they completed the work fast. We have had several big rains and have had no issues at all with water coming in.

Cleaned up pretty much most, just dust left from the work which was understandable since there was a fairly large piece of floor that had to be drilled up.
