Sales Process

Only thing I will mention is that the $1900.00 deposit that I put down in May of 2019 (long before the actual installation) was not cashed until the week the work was being done! (September 27/19) I was not so happy about that as we were also going to have to put out another $5700.00+ once the job was completed.

Our Installation Crew

All the guys were friendly and Kevin was good explaining the system to me although it was a quick explanation; I do have the manual to review to be sure I understand how the system works

The Cleanup Process

What made you choose our company:

I initially saw the advertisements on tv. I did not really look to other companies. I have a girlfriend whose partner does all this type of work but he works under the supervision of a licenced plumber. He apparently does all the pump systems and back water valves and any electrical work needed but she told me the job we had done would have taken her partner 3 days to do. I wasn't sure about the f.u. after and warranty and such with just some guy doing this job. We would have paid quite a bit less but.......again concern was about warranty, regular yearly maintenance etc.
