Sales Process

Carl exhibited good PR during the sales call. Due to unforeseen circumstances he contacted me to request a stop payment on my first cheque. I had inquired about reimbursement of $12.50 for that service charge (I was not at fault for incurring it) but was not reimbursed. He should make sure the customer clearly understands where the drainage system will be located and remind them to call a utility locating service if they are unsure about underground lines.

Our Installation Crew

Devon and Matt were very personable and did a great job on the project. Devon even returned on his own time to follow through with a request I made after the CleanSpace floor covering had been installed.

The Cleanup Process

Debris was swept up. The installation crew might consider adding a hand vac to their tool kit.
