Today we had a service call to replace a filter in our sani dry system. The call was done by Joel Desjardins, he was very professional and friendly, we had a great chat about our grandchildren and his sons, they are almost the same age. He is a very pleasant gentleman and is a great service to your company. Keep him employed..Thank you
