I liked that I received mail prior to my appt with info about the company and who would be coming to my house for the estimate. Dan Clancy was very informative and explained everything to me. I felt so much better after talking with him, that this problem could be handled quite easily. I found the price he quoted to be quite reasonable. Just when you think it cant get any better, the day came to do the work and Joel Desjardins came to fix the leak. He was a very quick and courteous worker. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He took extra time to check out some other areas of the room that I thought had potential problems and he looked it over with me and also the outside walls and gave me some great advice. His work was very clean and well done. Both men that came to my home were both so friendly and professional. Well done !

What made you choose our company:

I shopped around to several different companies and there was no comparison right from the get go. Many other companies did not get back to me promptly or at all and one would not speak with me,only wanting to deal thru their website for the quote. (really?) ABS answered the phone right away and made a convienient date for an estimate right away at our first phone call. This should be expected but many other companies out there arent doing that.
