Hard to rate as we didn't have to deal with office staff, but when we did, we had no problems.
Sales Process
Tom was very informative and knew what we should be doing.
Our Installation Crew
Super. They had a difficult job....our house is 182 years old, with a low-ceiling basement. They removed a large cistern which they had to jack hammer and lift the pieces throw the basement window. Our project started Jan. 6th on a bitterly cold day. They removed all the floor the same way. We appreciate how hard these guys work. Good job fellows!
The Cleanup Process
They were good, no complaints.

What made you choose our company:

We wanted someone with experience in wet basements. We picked up some literature at the Farm Show and saw the ads on TV. When we had Tom come out and explain what they could do, we felt that they would be the company to do the job.
