Having a crew come into your home can be intimidating. But Justin Fysh was very polite and respectful of our house. He patiently explained what he was going to do. We talked about how he would do it. His crew was very diligent, tidy and quiet. No yelling or loud music. The job was done quicker than expected. And afterwards, Justin reviewed the work done with us. Hi crew was not in a rush to leave. He was very patient with the customer and the customer was extremely satisfied.

The process generated more dust than anticipated. But Justin recommended turning off the furnace fan and keeping the windows closed. After the work was done, the crew dusted the furniture and cleaned up all debris. In other words, they left it exactly as they found it.
