Our Overall Service
We were particularly pleased with how quickly our call was returned and the appointment scheduled.
Call Representative
They got back to us right away, communicated promptly with the salesperson re the timing, and reminded us on the previous day.
Sales Process
Sam Finlayson was outstanding, spending two hours with us inspecting, photographing, and meticulously going through our options, with a view towards our modest expectations and how to make the process as affordable as possible. He even came by a few days later to do the prep work for us on his own and was very personable throughout.
Our Installation Crew
I am not sure of their names, but the crew and foreman were efficient and informative, walking us through the work and whatever follow up might be needed.
The Cleanup Process

Basement Waterproofing

What made you choose our company:

I contacted two other companies; one only got back to me a week later, and the other not at all. We had seen the [incessant] television advertising regularly, and we were very convinced by the salesperson's presentation and openness to questions. Of course, time will tell whether the basement remains dry, but we are hopeful and confident that we will be supported if there are any issues.
