Whatever programs you have in place for quality standards, keep on doing them.
Prompt call back.
Periodic calls were helpful, so you knew what was going on, and when.
We found Dan to be very friendly, not like a saleman, but the neighbour down the street. We obviously have had the other type, so it was refreshing to have that easy repoire for a change.
Too bad you don't have a higher ranking, because I would give the three lads a higher ranking than 5 ! Jordan Wilson, and the other two lads were, really, really nice guys. Conscientsious workers are hard to come by, and at that age, almost impossible ! That's why I said whatever programs you have in place, keep on doing them. I spent almost 20 years in the construction business, and run many larger jobs with multiple personel. I know good workers with good attitudes when I see them. They are all young, and should all turn out to be excellent long term employees. Jordan is young, there's a few spots he could improve on, but he's got all the makings for a very good foreman. He's also got that enthusiasm for the products and how and why they work. Don't let him go! I take there's a reason he's a foreman at a young age.Enthusiam for certain jobs might wane with the job, but work ethics, doing what's right won't. You must see a quality in him that makes him stand out. Again the whole crew was very good.Good work ethics are very hard to come by.
Very good, site was clean. Let's compare: We had new vinyl siding put up last year. Still picking up nails from the driveway, siding cut-offs scattered around the house, cigarette butts everywhere(our poodle likes to eat them so it's not a small annoyance) Besides the work was suspect in a few places.
Now your guys: Smoked in the truck, left no butts, cleaned up site so I didn't even have to look the area over more than a glance from afar. I just knew it would be clean like they never were there. Night & day,
What made you choose our company:
Insurance inspection showed problems. We are glad in a strange way that they actually inspected the house, even though it cost us to have the repairs done. (plumbing along with basement were the two bigger issues) In the end the house, and our health are better for it.
