Todd and Logan were courteous, Todd seemed to have a lot of experience of the task at hand. I asked him to check out a leakage from the discharge of the sump pump which he did and explained to me what had to be done. This to me showed that he and Logan went beyond what they were supposed to do. It was greatly appreciated.
