Although taking almost 2 years to solve the issue Mike was very persistent in finding the problem with trying MANY options to drop the levels. I think no other company would have continued to ensure the satisfaction of having a job done well. No extra charges were added even though MANY hours were invested in this troublesome spot.

Joel and Justin were professional every time they came in and tried something different to solve the problem. End result was satisfying the customer and they did that.
