Rafael joined Omni in 2023. He has a degree in Sports Management. He has taken the Contractor Nation classes with us and has become very knowledgeable.

Rafael moved from Portugal to Canada and has found his home here at Omni. With his Physical Education experience Rafael has been a great asset to our team.

In his spare time, Rafael enjoys watching Soccer and spending time with friends.

The old sump system is under sized for the amount of protection he needs
The pumps are installed and the battery back up connected. The floor can be restored.
The wall has been waterproofed and the floor is restored bacck to original height.
Before installing the insulation panels Omni Basement Systems installed an internal drainage system called WaterGuard. Thsi system is evident by the inspection port in the floor.
The first thing Omni does is to open the basement floor around the crack to not only expose the entire crack but also but all the membranes into the gravel bed
This is the finished product with the Cleanpsace wall membrane. The membrane will direct any moisture down into the drainage system.
This house is about 30 years old and has never been finished. There was lots of signs of water coming up from the floor.
On a previous visit, Omni put a concrete cast in place footing.
