This SuperSump features the Tuff Top lid option. The lid is made of boat hatch material and is completely flat.
The first step is to remove the lower portion of the wall.
The Triplesafe sump pump system is installed
The galvanized beam connect with the floor joists by way of the joist assist brackets. The joist assist brackets will spead the support more evenly across the Joists.
The far back corner of this building has sunken a little from soil under the footing being washed away.
The Smartjack has a very large plate on the floor of the dirt crawlsapce. A large bolt at the top allows it to be adjustable.
THis shows the old sump pump system. The lid is not airtight and the pump is very cheap. Not a dependable system.
This house has a concrete foundation that had cracks that were leaking. Now it is a dry basement.
