Our Overall Service

Inn 2013 we purchased a Sani Dry Dehumidifier from Omni. In September of 2016 the blower fan on the dehumidifier stopped working.....just 2 months after the 3 year warranty expired! In my opinion this was a premature failure. When we called to find out what could be done, I was very pleasantly surprised to discover that you folks at Omni were willing to pick up the unit, take it for repair and return it to us at no charge....without us having to argue or fight for this. What a delight to know that you stand behind your products in this way. Thank you so much. Your customer service is exceptional and you have reaffirmed my faith in your company. We have been completely satisfied with other work you performed in the past for us and this incident builds on that satisfaction. I commend you for your willingness to please your customers. It is rare these days to find a company such as yours.
