Our Overall Service

I would really give a high score, but the project had a late start and there was some miscommunication that halted work the first day. This was rectified by the owner of the franchise and there was an apology for the events of the first day.

Call Representative

The crew lead, Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process, and he and his crew had to work some late hours. The crew were respectful and helpful with questions that arose.

Sales Process

David Rademaker was thorough in his outline of the different aspects of waterproofing and installing a sump pump. I had read the literature ahead of time, so I had an idea of what to expect. He came to the site when there were problems the first day, which was much appreciated; we had spoken at length and I felt we understood each other.

Our Installation Crew

The crew lead - 4.5 - professional, answered questions that came up. The crew members were different each day and worked well as a team, getting the job done well and putting in extra time to do so.

The Cleanup Process

The last day of the project was a long one, yet they took the time to clean the driveway area very thoroughly, and take away any garbage.
