My only issue was I received a call 2 business days before my installation was to start advising me the dates had changed. This was not an acceptable amount of time to rearrange my schedule since I had already rearranged my schedule for the 3 days provided to me during my initial conversation.

The guys were all very friendly and provided good explanation as to what they were doing.

The Cleanup Process

There was minimal amount of clean-up done. I had to sweep, vacuum and mop both spaces before I could take stuff back down to the basement. It was more work than I expected to do. I didn't expect the basement to be perfectly clean but I did expect them to sweep and/or vacuum before they left.
