They called ahead of time, arrived when they said they would, and answered all of my questions. Very professional folks!
Call Representative
They were very courteous and called after the work was done to make sure I was satisfied with the job.
Sales Process
They were knowledgeable about the product, the work, the process, as well as very courteous.
Our Installation Crew
And again, very courteous, called prior to arriving, kept me updated on the process, and kept at the job until done, even though it was very warm outside.
The Cleanup Process
They cleaned everything up so that there really were no signs that they were there, other than the work done.

What made you choose our company:

The product advertised was exactly what I was in need of. And Terra Firma was able to get the job done before any other damaged occurred from loss of support under the cement. And the cracks that showed the problem as well as allowed more water in to create more issues, was sealed up as well. I was worrying about what was happening prior to the repair, now I don't give it another thought.
