In rating your company, I am combining the work of a previous company and the work that you did. Your work was far superior to the previous company and your personnel were very professional. Your work has significantly changed our home (for the better) but obviously, it will take some time to rate the results. Currently, I would give Terra Firma a 4.8/5.

Sales Process

Pat was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. when making his appointments, he would call if he was going to be late and explain, and he would give a new time - which was refreshing.

Our Installation Crew

Wes and crew were excellent. They worked hard, were friendly, professional, and tried to honor any requests that we had. Wes was also impressive from the perspective that you only had to mention something once and it would be completed. Wes and crew were excellent representatives for Terra Firma.

The Cleanup Process

The clean-up process could have been a little better but I realize that the nature of the installation can be destructive and dirty to the exterior of a home. The installation crew made a commendable effort to generally please us before leaving.

What made you choose our company:

We have had an on-going problem with the stability of this home for 20 years. About 8 years ago, we had another company attempt to stabilize the foundation - with no success. Being wiser after that job, I now realize that a primary difference between Terra Firma and most other companies is the work warranty of Terra Firma and the ability of Terra Firma to level a home and correct an existing problem as opposed to trying to stabilize a home (which is nothing more than stabilizing and leaving an existing problem). We were also impressed with the positive recommendations from previous Terra Firma customers (and we checked).
