Job review from John in Tacoma, WA 98405 on 03/03/22
Overall Rating:
5 out of 5Our Overall Service
Extremely happy with the entire process, from initial evaluation to the completion of the project. And it certainly didn't hurt that the price was almost half the amount of a prior bid.
Call Representative
Both of your people I spoke with on the phone were very pleasant, and seemed to truly care that all phases of my project were done to my satisfaction. This was in stark contrast to another company (Robbins) with whom we'd gotten another bid for the project. Their representative was rude, impatient, and sounded angry every time we spoke with her.
Sales Process
Tim is a very nice guy, who spent quite a bit of time evaluating our problem and coming up with a plan for remediation. He had a couple of ideas that made far more sense to me than those proposed by Robbins (they wanted to put the sump pump at a high point in the basement floor, as well as placing the pump in a location that we planned on using as living space).
Our Installation Crew
Alex and the crew were very professional, friendly, and hard-working.
The Cleanup Process
Completely met my expectations. There was a fine layer of dust on everything, but what do you expect when they're jackhammering 100 year old concrete in an exposed space, right?
