Hilary was great at keeping me updated and walking me through the options for changes that were required shortly after project kickoff.
Sales Process
My interactions with John were great. He was very patient with my many questions and worked with me closely to get to a price point that worked for me without sacrificing my desired results. The only challenge I had was in a revised quote being provided that did not come from John.
Our Installation Crew
Jeramie and his crew were beyond awesome. This project took an unexpected turn and the way those changes were presented and managed by him and his team was flat out stellar.
