Job review from Renee in Eugene, OR 97405 on 03/08/22

I have used Terra Firma now twice and both times have been satisfied with the work. That said, on this job I specifically mentioned that there were 2 main problems, one the slope of the house and 2 the bouncy floors. The first problem was solved the second not so much. The supports in the crawl space were secured but not enough to remove the bouncy floors due to some missing beams as reported by one of the workers who evaluated AFTER the job was done. I specifically mentioned the need to have the floors secured and I was told that this was in the bid for $30,000+. Later when I mentioned that the floors were still bouncy, I received a new quote for $12,000. So really the job was not completed as specified. They were already under the house and could have added a beam or whatever was needed to assist. So because of this, I am not completely satisfied. It would have been MUCH cheaper if the job was completed when they were there. This later quote was provided by Ryan Keith. So why were the floors not checked prior to the workers leaving the job?
