I reached out to you because you are well known in the industry/area. We chose you because your were friendly, knowledgeable and the crew you sent to do the work was great. A special shout out to them, I was unable to be at the house during the work, so my mom was here. She was very nervous, and ended up being very happy with them. She said to give kudos to Bridget, Jay, Kevin and Alex.
