I commend Mike McCarthy and Zach Neller for their excellent work. Mike called to confirm when they would arrive. From the time they arrived at 7:50 until the time they left at 5:50, they worked tirelessly. Although the job turned out to be more complex than expected, they were cheerful and diligent in completing the work. Mike explained everything completely and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. The results were better than I expected.
