Terra Firma's scheduler was very accommodating, even after scheduling conflicts compelled me to reschedule my installation date twice.

The only flaw in the entire project was that despite a thorough sales visit, a follow up pre-installation walkvthrough, and an hour on the phone talking Terra Firma field personnel, it took the installer crew chief, Colton, to explain to me, clearly, that the angled brace would not work for my existing wall conditions, and that a flat plate would work best, installed externally.
