I answered yes to being used as a reference purely because of the Service Rep Charlie. He is also the sole reason for recommending TerraFirma to any other interested party. I felt compelled to write this review due to his professionalism and assuaging us with any concerns we had. He genuinely addressed our questions with his knowledge and compassion for our particular situation. Having come from a family that owned a large business, these kind of employees are gold. If you are wise you will treat him well!
