Ryan Bothman is a knowledgeable and friendly representative for TerraFirma. He presented several options for pumping water out of my crawlspace. Ryan answered all of my questions during the in-person project bid. He was also available by phone for the many questions that I thought of the following days.

Kevin Gasca, James Taylor, Zach Frances, and James Ragsdale were a fantastic crew. They worked tirelessly on two of the hottest days of summer. They answered any questions that I had. Even some of my neighbors, who were watching the crew work, came over to ask questions of the crew as they worked. The crew was friendly and professional.

What made you choose our company:

I chose TerraFirma over the competition because Ryan gave me a plethora of options for the work to be done in my crawlspace, which allowed me to determine the best option within my budget. He was available by phone to answer any questions that I thought of in the days after the bidding process. I also appreciated the fact that Ryan did not use high pressure sales tactics. Furthermore, TerraFirma had the electrical portion of the project included, so I didn't have to find an electrician myself.
