Our Overall Service
Very good. We still have a phase of work to be completed - I hope I'm able to fill out this survey as enthusiastically following the next and last phase that the 'waterproofing crew' will complete.
Scheduling Appointment
We were scheduled too far out - much farther than we had hoped. Thankfully our Project Manager was able to get us an earlier slot which as worked very well for us.
Sales Process
Our salesperson had to do multiple site visits and, in a way, was overzealous in trying to sell us a product or service (some of which we needed). We did persevere with the salesperson after shopping around and hiring a 3rd party engineer. The salesperson was able to accommodate our requested changes, but ultimately missed a few things that were only caught after a more experienced salesperson visited.
Project Manager

The install crew was perhaps the best part. They were professional, courteous, respectful of our home and our needs, and really did an outstanding job.
The Cleanup Process
Cleaner after it was done then how it first looked when the install crew showed up!

Foundation Repair

What made you choose our company:

You were more expensive. Marginally more expensive, but enough to give pause. However, we didn't find another outfit that would do our foundation repairs along with the encapsulation - we would have to basically find multiple contractors to do all of the services we needed. TerraFirma offered all of the services we needed in one place and that is, ultimately, what led us to go with TerraFirma - and we are very glad we did!
