Scheduling Appointment
Amber Evans was great. Initially I was told there was a wait list, but the wait was very short, things became available quickly.
Sales Process
Amber E and Mike O.were very helpful and able to explain the job process well. Both were courteous and knowledgeable
Project Manager
Luis J is hard working courteous, organized and efficient.
Our Installation Crew
George V. , Hose V. and Nick S were great. Everyone worked well together. It was 96 degree day. The job was done right and no complaints.
The Cleanup Process
Luis J., George V., HoseV. and Nick S. cleaned up at the end of the day. When they were done everything was clean and they worked efficiently.

What made you choose our company:

I was working with another company involving mitigation. I heard good things about Terra Firma and I also recognized the name from TV adds. I wanted a company I could trust and that I would not need to manage the job.
