Zackery N. did a fabulous job for us. Especially impressive was his ability to predict how a badly cracked large concrete slab would behave during the jacking process and thereby avoided breaking it further. Beautiful job leveling throughout and filling the cracks and joints on 30 year old concrete driveway and large patios. Upon arrival, Zack reviewed the project with me and walked me through his execution plan, patiently answering all my questions. It was a 2-day project and Zack provided a status update after the first day, with an update on planned activities upon arrival on day 2. Thank you for a job well done!

Previous positive experience was reinforced with this new project, by great communication, prompt responses, and especially Austin M’s willingness to work with me during the quoting process, reworking the quote several times as I requested revisions to fit our budget. If Austin had not been as pleasant, accommodating, and prompt, I would likely have decided in favor of a different company. Glad I decided to go with TerraFirma again. It was an all-around good experience.
