Ken Lomax is a congregant who attends our church. On his own time he came out to help us access our situation and make some recommendations. He felt gutters, lowering the soil below the sill plate on the outside of our building. We also talked about the internal needs that might help our situation. I called both your company and John's Waterproofing. The bids were within $200 for the identical work. There are two factors why we choose your company. The first was Ryan your estimator. He was very personable and informative. I asked him how your company survived the 2 years of COVID. That question lead to a long conversation regarding the core values of your company and the strong desire to keep your employees working. Realizing how many employees depended on income and the desire by your management to keep them working indicates the heart of your company. Retaining good employees is a reflection of good management. So Ryan was the first reason and the second reason was knowing that you value your employees.
