For us, we got 3 quotes from 3 different foundation companies. Terra Firma was the most complete to give us an overall prospective of our situation. Gave us options: what was critical and what they deemed suggested to be done while the others two companies gave us the biggest solution with the highest price tag and not addressing some of the smaller issues.
