Andrea was very helpful with questions & coordinating an expeditious service, while making sure timing worked with my working hours.
Sales Process
Don Fahey was very knowledgable & happily answered my many questions & concerns.
Project Manager
Andrea worked with my HOA to ensure they were kept appraised of any questions or concerns regarding my home.
Our Installation Crew
Ken & his assistant were incredibly professional & personable. They answered my questions & kept me up to date on any concerns, including the need to lift one wall 1/4" due to a gap under the sill.
The Cleanup Process
Cleanup was done as the project progressed. A vacuum was used to minimize concrete dust in the home. All supplies & debris were removed prior to leaving.
