Our Overall Service
When I originally had the engineering done, I asked them to do engineering for a beam that had to be replaced. With the delay, that was lost in the shuffle and we had to come back and pay the new engineer to do that work that I already paid for and should have been done.
Scheduling Appointment
Just bad luck that we had to delay the project due to work that came up. You guys definitely helped out when we got back and got us in quick.
Sales Process
Initially Bridget’s first quote was very high. We paid to have engineering done in advance and she made an error in the 2nd bid that was $20k higher than it should have been. With AJ, our Site Rep Geo ended up using a different approach than what was actually used. I think there were practical reasons that caused a change of plans.

Our Installation Crew
Our first crew was great, no complaints. Our second crew had a few issues that were not ideal. They drove over a short walk at our entrance and sort of put it back without telling me. Not a big deal, will take me 20 minutes to fix it, but they should have told me about it first. Also, my gutter drain was not put back correctly, so it took me 20 minutes to fix that and then when I was reconstructing our deck I discovered the first crew had cut one of my joists and I had to repai/replace it. Mostly little things that are a result of having 2 different crews.
