Scheduling Appointment
Working with Heather was very easy, & she was very accommodating.
Sales Process
RJ was very thorough and explained every step that would happen to do the work.
Project Manager
Timothy was great. Explained everything he was doing throughout the day and very respectful of the property.
Our Installation Crew
Timothy, Jonathan, & Jairo were a great crew to work with. They were all very respectful, thorough on their work and explained everything they were doing. Kept me informed throughout the day. I am very thankful for this crew that did the work for me and my home.
The Cleanup Process
The crew did a great job of cleanup. There was no sign that that even had been here working on my property. The property remained very clean all day while they were working also.

What made you choose our company:

Contacted terra firma doodle at advertisement I had seen, and when Archie came out for our first initial appointment, he was very polite, very thorough and showing me the process for my job, and when he showed me the bid, I made the appointment from the experience, talking with RJ and the price was right. I didn’t feel like I was being gouged for the work being done.
