Our Overall Service
My only issue is the number of different employees we dealt with before the project even started, the person who gave us the estimate (Danny Duff), another lady who's emails says account manager, (Bobbie) a project coordinator (Sammy Ruiz), the person who submitted the permit request (Ashley Haney), the logistics team. It was a little too many people. I only had two issues, one with the fact that our permit had been approved for over a week and TerraFirma wasn't aware, and I had to email you to let you know that I went on the city's website and saw that it was ready. the second is that in our quote someone was supposed to come out a week before our project started and remove the water from under our house and nobody ever called or showed up, so when Kevin G and his crew showed up, they weren't prepared to be muddy and wet all day. We were also going to be charged for the water removal and I had to ask for it to be taken off our bill (which it was with no issues) which I appreciate.
Scheduling Appointment
When I first scheduled the appointment to have someone give us a quote, it took quite awhile to have them come. I believe it was 3 weeks, which seems like a ways out just to get a quote. I called 3/23 and our appointment was for 4/14.
Sales Process
Danny was great. He was very helpful, truthful and full of knowledge. He even came out twice to go over a few different options.
Project Manager
Sammy was quick to respond to emails and helpful with getting answers to questions we had.
Our Installation Crew
Our project was divided into two parts. First the Waterproofing with Kevin G, Zach F and James R. They were all fantastic. They were quiet when going in and out of my house all day, they cleaned up everything both days when they left. The second part of the project was the stabilization using helical piers on the foundation. Robert C, Jorge J and Abel were also awesome. Everyone was quick, got the job done in a timely manner, showed up on time and when they were finished put everything back the way it was. I appreciated the promptness of both crews and their professionalism.
The Cleanup Process
Like I stated above, both crews cleaned up everything. They even swept my wood floors inside to get rid of all the dust and they put down plastic to protect everything too.

Honestly, I couldn't get anyone else to come out and give us a quote, but I'm glad we chose TerraFirma. Your employees are very professional, and were on time everyday so I wasn't stuck at home wasting my time.
