Impressive from initial contact through "Great job, guys; thanks for all the effort", Every improvement project ought to go so smoothly as this experience.
Scheduling Appointment
So quick, our job was on the calendar before the coordinator even talked with me. Consequently, the job had to be rescheduled to avoid conflict with a pre-existing appointment.
Sales Process
On time & provided a detailed description of the lifting/leveling process and the expected cost. Also provided step-by-step instructions - from contract thru final payment - leaving no doubt how the entire project would progress.

Every step taken by Dan and Zack added to my confidence. They kept me informed about the "what & why" of everything they did, as well as providing a realistic assessment of what improvement could be expected. The outcome was actually better than they'd predicted, and even better than I'd hoped for.
