Jacob spent over 5 hours with me. Super patient. He must have answered 20-40 questions!! Brent was great too. I must have asked him 20 questions on the contract.
Project Manager
Jessika was so kind and patient. I was very concerned about our water line location and she helped me and had Steve explain that the crew would hand dig the helical piers that could impact the water line.
Our Installation Crew
The crew Roberto, Antonio and Taylor. So very kind and such hard workers. Roberto checked in with me everyday, walked me through the daily plan and then checked in again prior to leaving. He made sure that no trees or plants were damaged. Super super great crew!!!
The Cleanup Process
Won’t lie. Everything looked better when they were done than before they came!!

I’m an analyst by trade and research is my thing. I checked out a lot of companies using all resources available to me. I kept coming back to TerraFirma because of the reviews, policies. For me these procedures were expensive and I did struggle with the cost because we work hard for our money. But every single dollar was worth it because of all the people and the products.
