From estimate to scheduling to crawl space repair and sump pump installation to follow up, TerraFirma employees were straightforward, considerate, fully explained scope and process of work and made sure my questions and concerns were fully addressed.
Scheduling Appointment
Scheduling happened more quickly than I had anticipated! Terrific!
Sales Process
Tyler spent 4 hours thoroughly surveying, documenting and explaining my home's crawl space and foundation status, and how TerraFirma would resolve them. He patiently answered my questions, leaving me comfortable about TerraFirma's ability to resolve the issues
Project Manager
Hilary was on top of things and kept me advised as each stage approached
Our Installation Crew
Luis, Jesse and Moye were great! From protecting my walls, door frames and flooring, checking with me before disturbing the weeds where the drain would be to herding one of my cats who decided to supervise too closely work in the crawl space, they were considerate, pleasant, hard working. I couldn't have asked for a better crew!
The Cleanup Process
Very minimal debris was left outside, but it was rainy and approaching darkness by the time they left. I couldn't expect them to see the few pieces of small plastic that remained

What made you choose our company:

The thoroughness of Tyler's inspection and remediation plans. Another company I contacted had given me 2 estimates, one with engineering and permitting and one without. I was uncomfortable that they were even willing to do the work without engineering and permits.
