Scheduling Appointment
I have a busy schedule and Jessika Vergano was able to work around it.
Sales Process
Alex Hoffman was excellent at explaining the process. I knew what to expect. He also made a second trip to inspect the crawl space at my request
Project Manager
Jessika Vergano kept me informed about the project. We communicated through email, texts and calls. She was always available to answer my questions.
Our Installation Crew
They were such a great group of men to work with. They were prompt and professional. They kept me informed of their progress. They encouraged me to inspect the work they were accomplishing. Thank you Luis J, Andrew and Antonio Rodriguez.
The Cleanup Process
They kept the job site accessible. The garage and hallways were always clear. Each day before leaving they cleaned up. I never had any debris to worry about.

What made you choose our company:

This is the third time TERRAFIRMA Foundations systems has been to the property. I originally choose them from the television advertisements because they offered a military discount. We have three veterans, a police office and a firefighter in our household. We are very appreciative of support for their service. Thank you.
