There were some unclear expectations and a couple of accidents, but overall loved the guys and appreciate the work.

Sales Process
Two things were not made clear to me. 1. that the B&B would not go floor to ceiling and 2. that I had to pay for an electrician to come make a dedicated circuit for the pump. I was pretty disappointed about the basement not being floor-to-ceiling panels, which is how the picture I was shown, looked. I might have made a different choice, had I known.
Our Installation Crew
The crew and foreman (Drew) were all really great and hard-working. They didn't cover my furniture, which was a bit upsetting to me and broke two of my basement windows. Sh*t does happen and that's okay, but I would like a resolution.
