Understandably, there was a bit of a wait to get on the schedule.
Sales Process
Low key, no pressure presentation. He seemed a bit new at his role.
Project Manager
She kept us informed re: permitting, dates, etc. Responded promptly to questions.
Our Installation Crew
Roberto, Oscar, Antonio, Sam and Jorge were a great crew. They were efficient and kindly answered our questions throughout the project. In spite of the hard work that they do, they were very pleasant and good humored throughout the project!
The Cleanup Process
The crew was very thoughtful about the necessary mess on our property. Clean up was well-done!
