It was actually almost entirely excellent, he just forgot to tell us we needed to remove the floor and stove on our own so that complicated things a bit for us in planning, but it worked out fine

we had two people come out and the other guy walked in with no tools and quoted us more, TerraFirma had fancy iPad visuals and a very clear plan with multiple options. It was no contest.
