We have been so impressed with everyone we have worked with at Terrafirma and with the work that was completed on our project.
Scheduling Appointment
Terrafirma has been proactive. They were responsive and helpful with scheduling.
Sales Process
We talked with Tulane at the Tacoma Remodeling show. He actively listened to our questions and was informative about the possible options available. We clearly stated that he was the first company we had talked to and that we were seeking information about whether our projects were possible or completely needed to be torn down
Project Manager
Our Installation Crew
Robert and Elijah were informative, professional and very competent. Robert took the time to explain fully when asked questions. They both worked hard and completed the project beautifully. We were extremely impressed and look forward to working with them on our next project in June.

We definitely chose Terrafirma because of our work withTulane Seville and how he presented the company. He was professional, informative and personal. We appreciated that he gave us many options. We asked many questions and at no point felt that we were being pressured to make a quick decision which extremely impressed us and made us comfortable with Terrafirma.
