Scheduling Appointment
Since I wasn't in a hurry, I had no problem waiting to get on the books.
Sales Process
I provided feedback to his supervisor -- things only age and practice can fix, so he did the best he could.
Project Manager
Jonah and Timothy were great. I was informed every step of the way.
Our Installation Crew
Spencer, and Felipe (and Jose!) were respectful and did a really great job of trying to keep the dust levels manageable.
The Cleanup Process
Very thorough. Very appreciated.
